About the role:As an Associate – Demand Generation at ValueFirst, you will play a crucial role in generating demand for our offering. You will be responsible for conducting outreach to potential prospects through calls and emails, driving engagement and interest, and creating and implementing solutions that address their business needs. Your contribution will directly impact our sales pipeline and overall growth.What you’ll be responsible for- Initiating outbound prospecting through calls and emails to identify and engage potential clients.- Communicating the value proposition of Infinito and Conversational AI solutions effectively during prospect interactions.- Crafting personalized email campaigns to nurture leads and generate interest.- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align outreach with ongoing campaigns and targets.- Maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.- Understanding customer needs and pain points to propose relevant chatbot-based use cases.- Participating in regular training to stay updated on product features and AI trends.- Sharing insights from customer conversations to enhance market positioning.- Preparing performance reports on outreach effectiveness and conversions.What you should have- MBA/PGDM or 1–2 years of experience in demand generation, business development, inside sales, or related roles.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to engage prospects professionally and build rapport.- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation.- Self-motivated with a learning mindset and result-oriented approach.- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred, not mandatory).- Interest in SaaS, communication platforms, or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
