We are integrating the “Patient - Doctor and entire Healthcare Providers” onto a single platform for the betterment of the Patient. You need to see the product to believe the power it has and what it can enable in the healthcare domain.

**Position details**
We are headquartered in Mumbai (Vikhroli-W - very conveniently located for ease of office access). We are in 17 cities as of now and plan to expand to 50 targeted cities in next 24 months. We need passionate and energetic team players to help us achieve the aggressive target.
**Title: Customer Success Officer (Mumbai)**
**Experience**: 1-3 years exp Into health-tech, Healthcare domain
**Employment Type**: Full Time.
**Salary Bracket**:2 to 4 LPA
**Job Location**: Mumbai.

**Responsibilities**:
- Detailed technical product knowledge with deep understanding on all features and benefits post on the job training.
- Regular follow up visit to the doctor’s using WonDRx platform and helping resolve any queries associated wrt. product training, product complaint and product logistics
- Coordinate closely with WonDRx sales, Operations team or External stakeholders, if any, after dispatch for installation, post sales service
- Should have good administrative discipline wrt daily reporting, expense submission, etc.
**Who should apply?**
- 1. Geographical Area understanding (Preferably Local)
2. Preferably owns a Vehicle (Two wheeler)
3. Preferred Qualification: Graduation (work experience if any, preferably in Healthcare domain)
4. Should be Quick Learner, Go-Getter, with ability to follow through and close the deals
5. Willingness to work late evenings, given the nature of Doctors OPD timings
6. Knowing local language is must, with reasonable spoken and written English ability
7. Presentable with good Interpersonal skills
8. Meet 10-20 Doctors on daily basis
Looking for person with good attitude, work ethics, great communication and relationship building.
9. Ensuring the users stay with WONDRx
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
