**Job Summary**:
As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for counselling and guiding Pharma and Science graduate students in Marathi and English, and converting them to sign up for our Regulatory Affairs course. You will play a crucial role in promoting our course, building relationships with students, and meeting admission targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Counselling and Guidance: Provide career guidance and counselling to Pharma and Science graduate students, explaining the benefits and career prospects of our Regulatory Affairs course.

2. Course Promotion: Promote our Regulatory Affairs course to potential students, highlighting its unique features, curriculum, and industry connections.

4. Admission Process: Guide students through the admission process, ensuring they meet the eligibility criteria and submit all required documents.

5. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets, contributing to the overall growth of the institution.

6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to promote our course and services.

7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to identify new opportunities and improve our course offerings.

8. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on admission trends, student feedback, and market research to inform institutional decisions.

**Requirements**:
1. Language Skills: Fluency in Marathi and English (spoken and written).

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.

3. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in education counselling, sales, or marketing.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

5. Target-Oriented: Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet admission goals.

6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other admission management tools.
