**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor** who will be the first point of contact for aspiring students. The counsellor will play a key role in guiding potential students through the admission process, explaining course details, and helping them make informed decisions about their careers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inquiries from walk-ins, calls, social media, and online leads.
- Counsel students and parents about courses, curriculum, career prospects, and institute facilities.
- Achieve monthly admission targets by converting leads into enrollments.
- Conduct demo sessions, seminars, and coordinate admission events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide post-admission support.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education/Management/Marketing preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or education sector (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with students and parents.
- Result-oriented with the ability to work under targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
