**Job Title: Admission Counselor for Coaching Class**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist prospective students and their parents with information about our coaching classes, courses, and schedules.
- Counsel students based on their academic needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Guide and support students through the entire admission process, including form submission, payment details, and class selection.
- Maintain detailed records of student inquiries, registrations, and follow-up activities in our system.
- Follow up on prospective leads to ensure enrollment and answer any additional queries.
- Coordinate with faculty and administrative teams to ensure that students are placed in appropriate batches or classes.
- Organize and conduct presentations, webinars, or information sessions to inform potential students about available programs.
- Monitor and achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues related to the admission process.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to enrollments, inquiries, and other relevant data.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and activities to increase student enrollment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Education, Business, or related disciplines).
- Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or education counseling is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of educational programs and the coaching process.
- Ability to engage and persuade students and parents to choose our programs.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- Fluent in [insert required languages] (additional languages are a plus).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the education industry or coaching sector.
- Knowledge of admission management software and CRM tools.
- Ability to plan and execute promotional events or webinars.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and tact.
