**Position**: Project Control - Contracts Advisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review, analyze, and negotiate contracts for projects, ensuring that terms and conditions align with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance and support in contract administration, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage contract risks, including risk assessment and mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that project deliverables are aligned with contractual agreements and timelines.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring any deviations from the plan are promptly addressed.
- Lead contract change management processes, ensuring proper documentation and approval for any changes.
- Provide advice on claims management, dispute resolution, and contract compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the project team, clients, and vendors regarding contract-related matters.
- Prepare reports on contract performance and project progress, including identifying areas for improvement or potential issues.
- Ensure that all contract deliverables are met and address any delays or obstacles that arise.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management, with significant experience in contract administration and management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent certifications).

Pay: From ₹90,000.00 per month
