**Position**: Project Control - Scheduler

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring all tasks, milestones, and resources are properly allocated.
- Work closely with project managers to define project timelines, track milestones, and identify potential risks to project timelines.
- Analyze project progress and provide regular status updates to management, highlighting any deviations from the original schedule.
- Identify scheduling conflicts, delays, and potential bottlenecks, and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on project schedule performance, including critical path analysis and schedule variance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input on project timelines and resource availability.
- Support the development and implementation of project control procedures and best practices.
- Prepare and present schedule-related reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of schedule status and potential impacts.
- Conduct regular reviews of project schedules and suggest adjustments or improvements as necessary.
- Monitor resource utilization and ensure effective use of resources to meet project deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in project scheduling, with extensive experience using Primavera P6.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent certifications).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

Pay: From ₹90,000.00 per month
