- **Your role**:

- **Act as a business partner with an operational mindset**
- **Manage relationships with Capgemini entities delivering contracts**
- **Report and analyze KPIs (WIPBIA, revenue, cost)**
- **Analyze budget vs forecast on project portfolio**
- **Monthly closing, revenue recognition, provisions, and variance analysis**
- **Interface with Delivery Controlling teams and ensure cost containment**
- **Update reporting tools and ensure compliance with financial standards**
- **Support coordination with Sales/Analyst teams for client offers**
- **Ensure compliance with internal and external audits**
- **We are looking for a highly experienced Project Controller in Pune location with 2 to 15 years of work experience

- **Your profile**:

- **Strong understanding of project controlling and financial statement impact**
- **SAP HANA (minimum 2 years hands-on experience)**
- **Advanced MS Excel (macros, data modeling, queries), Access, Power BI**
- **Excellent communication skills.**
- **Analytical and problem-solving ability
