**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents about admission requirements, course options, eligibility, and enrollment process.
- Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions (offline or online).
- Coordinate and participate in admission events, webinars, seminars, and open houses.
- Provide support during entrance exams, interviews, or orientation programs if required.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve the admissions process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in admissions/counseling/student support (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + regional languages).
- Strong customer service mindset with persuasive and empathetic approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in student recruitment, study abroad counseling, or educational consultancy.
- Fluency in [mention any specific language if applicable, e.g., Hindi, Marathi, Tamil].
- Knowledge of visa processes or international education systems (if applicable).

Pay: ₹12,913.81 - ₹35,000.00 per month
