**Key Responsibilities:1. Student Counseling**:

- Provide detailed information about programs, eligibility, career opportunities, and institute offerings.
- Guide students and parents through the complete admission and enrollment process.

**2. Sales & Lead Conversion**:

- Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and outbound efforts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrollment targets.
- Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission.
- Identify student needs and recommend suitable programs.

**3. Reporting**:

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on counseling activities, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Track and analyze sales performance to meet targets.

**4. Coordination & Support**:

- Coordinate with the academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Represent the institute in education fairs, school visits, webinars, and promotional events.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or sales roles (education sector preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Passion for helping students make informed career choices.
- A sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Familiarity with vocational, design, or professional training programs is a plus.
