**Role Overview**:
The Admissions Counselor will manage student inquiries, provide detailed information about programs, and ensure a smooth admissions process while maintaining strong relationships with parents and the school community.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents.
- Conduct counseling sessions to explain curriculum, fees, and school facilities.
- Schedule campus visits, open houses, and parent meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment data.
- Collaborate with the academic and admin team to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Address parent concerns and provide exceptional service to enhance the school’s reputation.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Previous experience in admissions or counseling is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
