**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel students on course offerings, program structures, and career outcomes.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth admission processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales** (EdTech experience preferred).
- **Graduation is mandatory.**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
