Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce the company’s products/services
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client information
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries
Assist in creating basic proposals and responding to client queries
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support
Key Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a pre-sales or tele-calling/cold-calling role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus
Basic understanding of B2B sales or tech products is an added advantage
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn - Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Provide technical and strategic insights to the sales team.
- Manage pitch collateral decks and ensure they are current.
- Utilize technology platforms to support sales operations.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to shape sales strategies.
- Engage with clients to tailor proposals and presentations.
- Generate leads and collaborate with departments to drive pitches.
- Publish reports and dashboards for informed decision-making.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and proposals.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
