- Experience in assessing training program effectiveness.
- Prior teaching experience in MLT and OTT is advantageous.
- Ability to manage classroom environments and skill labs effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in practical skills related to MLT and OTT.
