**Job Title**: Process Trainer - US Healthcare
**Location**: Nagpur **Shift**: Night Shift (US Timings)
**About the Role**
We are hiring an experienced **Process Trainer** to train teams on backend operations in **US Healthcare** (RCM, Insurance, Claims, Billing, AR, etc.). The role involves **conducting training sessions, developing SOPs, and ensuring compliance** with US healthcare standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
Conduct **new hire and refresher training** for US Healthcare processes
Train on: Insurance verification, Authorization, Claims submission, Denial management, AR follow-up, Coding basics
Create and update **SOPs, training materials, and modules**
Ensure **HIPAA compliance** in all training content
Evaluate trainees and track **training effectiveness**
**Requirements**:
**2-3 years** of experience as a Process Trainer in US Healthcare
Strong knowledge of **healthcare processes & payer requirements**
Excellent **communication & facilitation skills**
Familiarity with **EMRs, payer portals, or clearinghouses**
Willingness to work **Night Shift (US timings)**
**Preferred Skills**
Experience in **quality audits, compliance training, or LMS tools**
Certification in **medical billing/coding** (preferred but not mandatory)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
