We are seeking an experienced **Process Trainer** to join our **BPO Customer Service Blended Process Team**at our organisation in Kisan Nagar Wagle Estate **Thane West.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Process Training**: Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on customer service processes., Performance Monitoring, on boarding Support.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of **2+ years**of experience as a **Process Trainer** in a **BPO** or **Customer Service** environment.
- Proven experience in **customer service training** within a BPO set up.
- Strong understanding of **BPO operations** and **customer service**.
- Excellent **presentation** skills.
- Strong **interpersonal skills** and the ability to engage with employees effectively.
- Proficient in **English** (Advanced level required).
