**Role Overview**:
The Export/Import Documentation Assistant handles the preparation, verification, and management of shipping and customs documentation for international shipments. This includes ensuring compliance with customs regulations and coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth cross-border movement of goods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in export/import documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and assist with customs clearance.
- Coordinate shipments and track delivery status.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners (customs brokers, freight forwarders).
- Resolve documentation issues and assist with problem-solving.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate
- 1-3 years of experience in export/import documentation or logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with logistics software a plus.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade procedures.

**Additional Info**:

- Full-time position, standard office hours.
- Some overtime and occasional travel may be required.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
