- Sell freight and logistics services to prospective clients
- Qualify leads and prospects; effective cold calling
- Develop new business and maintain existing customer relationships
- Achieve sales goals and quotas set by management
- Proactively manage and resolve exceptional issues by providing solutions
- Assist in preparing rates and quotes with the pricing team
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships
- Communicate information promptly and accurately
- Provide regular customer reporting

**Requirements**:

- Strong industry knowledge of import/export international logistics
- Proven track record of sales success and building customer relations
- Extremely competitive, professional, and driven
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and assertive closing skills
- Proficiency in oral and written communication
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
