**Job Title: Interior Project Coordinator (Residential)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of residential interior design projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and reports to clients and senior management.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Manage procurement of materials, furnishings, and accessories, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
- Handle administrative tasks related to project management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in residential interior design.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction processes.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
