**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting and Design**:

- Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD or similar software, tailored to interior fit-out specifications.
- Develop coordinated layouts for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, standards, and applicable codes.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to align MEP systems with the overall project design.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to resolve design conflicts.
- Regularly update and revise drawings based on project changes or feedback.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Conduct site surveys to gather accurate measurements and identify potential challenges.
- Integrate MEP designs with other building elements, such as ceilings, partitions, and furniture.
- Provide technical support during project execution, ensuring drawings align with site requirements.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain an organized record of all drawings, revisions, and approvals.
- Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an MEP Draftsman, with a focus on **corporate office interior fit-out projects**.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other BIM software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MEP codes, standards, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of coordination for MEP systems in commercial interior environments.

Pay: ₹10,086.39 - ₹70,000.00 per month
