**About the Role**

SPYM is looking for a Communication & Documentation and Officer. The role of the Communication & Documentation Officer will be to support a variety of key activities, be in constant touch with various stakeholders of SPYM, manage social media platforms of SPYM and manage the documentation activities of the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop fresh drafts of various project reports.
- Be in constant communication with various stakeholders of our organization.
- Coordinate with the project staff from different centres of SPYM for key activities, monthly reports, and monitoring.
- Must be comfortable working with MS Office (Specifically MS Word & MS Excel)
- Must be open to feedback from time to time
- Should possess exceptional writing skills
- Should be able to deal with deadlines, and fast pace work environment, which requires one to think outside the box multiple times a day.
- Prior experience in writing and documentation is preferable but not necessary.
- Shall be able to develop and create documents including monthly reports, annual reports, proposals, and newsletters.
- Should have basic social media management skills.

**Qualifications**

Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Communication / Mass Communication / Development Communications /International Relations/Social Sciences/Literature or from any other relevant field.

**Desirable**
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- 1-2 years of working experience in a communications position.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and handling digital communications including social media platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
