**ChildFund’s Commitment**About This Role**Required Experience and Education**
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in related field of community development/social science or relevant discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in communication and digital fundraising in the development sector.
- Ability to recognize, react and adjust to rapidly changing environment
- Proactive and adaptive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in content management systems and social media management tools.
- Strong graphic design skills with experience of using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Develop, write, and edit communications and marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, press releases, speeches, and the annual report.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external contacts such as media outlets, vendors, and influencers.
- Manage the organization’s websites, social media accounts, newsletters, and other digital communication channels.
- Ensure all marketing and communications materials align with brand guidelines.
- Maintain digital media archives (photos and videos).
- Work closely with designers and vendors for design and printing tasks.
- Collaborate with relevant staff teams on content creation and developing success stories.
- Implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and engagement.
- Support the Individual Fundraising team in digital fundraising.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager.
