**Education**:

- MBA Marketing from reputed institute

**Experience**:

- 3-4 years in FMCG- GT Channel Sales mandatory
- Currently ASM or Sr SO or SO with a reputed FMCG company

**Key Requirements**
- Based in Jaipur
- Must have own vehicle as this is a market role

**Distributor Relationship Management**
- Build sales channel partner network with Super Stockists and Distributors
- Constantly identify, engage, and recruit new distributors

**Team development and growth management**
- Manage Sales team, targets achievement
- Go to the market with the team to convert shops
- Solve ground-level challenges

**Reporting and delivery to top management**
- Follow up with the team based on sales data from the sales app.
- Daily morning evening calls with the team
- Report to sales head every week on inventory update and target achievement
