**Content Creator / Learning Content Developer
**Role**:
1. We are searching for a self-driven, detail-oriented content creator / content developer to produce high-quality learning materials for Zycus, which is fast paced, result oriented product-based organization. The content creator will update existing content, create byte sized videos, generate novel work, and identify new ways to improve content quality.

2. Your role will involve understanding the details of and around the product and articulating them in a clear, concise, and illustrated manner.

3.This role requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail.

4. You must be able to distil complex SaaS based information into clear, concise text and videos.

5. You should be well versed with either one of the video editing software like Camtasia/Captivate/Articulate360/Storyline/Adobe Learning Manager/SnagIT.

**Responsibilities**:
Â- Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, marketers, SMEs, to obtain an understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.

Â- Determine the needs of end-users of technical documentation and create Feature Guides, FAQs, Onboarding Guides, Help Documentation, Troubleshooting Guides, Training Manuals, Release Notes, and other documentation.

Â- Design and develop product explanation videos and other engaging content to impart product knowledge to various stakeholders.

Â- Audit and update the content regularly to ensure relevance with incremental product feature releases, customer use cases, support issues, and other internal developments.

**Requirements:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content creation/learning materials creation or technical content writing for SaaS based products.

2. Exceptional technical writing, video creation and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of Zycus in various types of content.

3. Well versed with any one of the video editing software like Camtasia/Captivate/Articulate360/Storyline/Adobe Learning Manager/SnagIT.
