**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead and manage a team of production workers, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve production goals and maintain high standards of work quality.
- **Production Management**:

- Plan, organize, and oversee production schedules to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Ensure efficient and effective use of resources, including manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- **Inventory and Materials Management**:

- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Oversee proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage and waste.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices to enhance efficiency.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
