Production Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
**Overseeing Daily Operations**
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely completion of targets.
- Monitor production equipment and processes to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot any production issues that may arise.

**Team Management**
- Lead and manage a team of production staff, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards within the team.

**Quality Control**
- Ensure that all solar panels and components meet company and industry quality standards.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and address any defects or issues.
- Implement quality control measures to prevent product defects and maintain high-quality standards.

**Inventory and Resource Management**
- Monitor raw material and component inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

**Safety and Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and drills to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Promote a safe working environment for all employees.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, downtime, and output.
- Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting performance trends, areas for improvement, and recommendations.
