Our Prolance company is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor. This position of Production Supervisor consists of supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Material Quality Check: A material check involves a systematic process to assess and verify the quality and suitability of material used in interior design and construction projects.
- Production Quality Check: it involves a series of inspections, test and assessments to identify and rectify defects or issues before products are release.
- Hardware Quality Check.
- Facilitate Pre assembly Quality Check.
- Completion of Production within the set time, without compromising on quality.
- Logistics.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or BE Civil/Mechanical or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with interior design principles and construction methods.

This role is ideal for the smooth and successful execution of interior design and construction projects ,delivering high quality results and meeting client expectation. Responsible for optimizing resources, ensuring safety, and improving production processes to achieve efficiency and profitability.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
