We produce over 1 billion induction seals annually, which are sold in over 35 countries. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Hyderabad. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and managing production planning. The role involves close coordination with various departments, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications Supervisory skills and experience in Production ManagementAbility to create and manage Production Schedules and Production PlanningStrong Communication skills for effective coordination with different departments and teamsProblem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressureFamiliarity with safety and quality standards in production environmentsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in the packaging industry is an advantageProficiency in using production management software
