Position Title: Production Supervisor (Fabrication and FRP)

Location: Mallapur

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience in Fabrication and FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) to join our team at our Mallapur location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure production targets are met.
- Provide leadership and direction to production teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise during the fabrication and FRP processes, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance, to address production challenges and implement process improvements.
- Train and mentor production staff on proper fabrication techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports, including inventory levels, production metrics, and employee performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe work environment for all employees.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechnical, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on Fabrication and FRP.
- Strong technical knowledge of fabrication processes, including cutting, welding, and assembly techniques.
- Experience working with FRP materials and processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve production goals.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on approach to addressing production challenges.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
