**Job Description**:
At NielsenIQ, the R2R Associate Controller **perform R2R related activities like processing journals, works on Balance sheet reconciliations and also take active part in the month/ Quarter and year closing activities** as well as coordinate activities between team members and deal with cross towers for supporting and workings.
- ** US-GAAP accounting/closing, accruals, and account reconciliations**:

- ** Financial month end closing**:

- ** Coordinate with other teams / towers **P2P, Revenue, Banking, Intercompany etc. for the closing
- ** Ensure compliance** with all relevant global, regional or local policies, procedures and guidelines
- Help in **preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting packs** in accordance with corporate requirements for India market
- ** Support for all local/global internal audit and compliance review assignments**, including any SOX or distributed audits, participate in discussion with auditors and help resolve Audit queries.
- Collaborate with other Finance teams on Intercompany billing, supporting costing for billing and related works on monthly and quarterly ICC billing
- ** Supporting Tax related matters with local Tax team on GST, WHT and Corporate tax not limited to reconciliations**

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- ** Post Graduate Degree in Finance or Accounting.**:

- Fluency in English;
- ** At least 6 years relevant professional experience** from a medium to large international company.
- Must have **good exposure and experience of the R2R process**:

- Have reasonable good knowledge of US GAAP, with **strong technical accounting, process, and controls background**:

- Experience with **ERP systems (preferably SAP, MS Office)** and IT-PC literate
- Good communication skills, team player
