Job Description: As a Field Sales Engineer at PEEPL Automation, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by fostering strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for our industrial solutions. Your primary responsibility will involve traveling to various customer sites to assess their needs, provide technical expertise, and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Travel to customer sites to understand their specific requirements and challenges.

Conduct on-site assessments and technical consultations to propose customized industrial solutions.

Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to develop tailored proposals and quotations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.

Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product portfolio to effectively communicate the value of PEEPL Automation's solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: Degree (Technical degree holder with MBA/BBA preferred)
- Proven experience in technical sales (Experience in industrial automation is a plus)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Adept at understanding and explaining complex technical concepts
- Customer-focused with a results-oriented approach

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
