We are a leading building materials trading firm in Kochi with a Pan-Kerala market. We are looking for field-based sales executives.

**Job description**

1. Negotiate with clients, book appointment, attend meetings and close sales

2. Co-ordination with accounts and dispatch

3. Payment followup and collection within the stipulated period

4. Ability to work in a target-based sales environment

5. Willingness to travel within Kerala for sales meeting and business development

6. Feeding market knowledge and support in developing sales strategies

7. Cold calling and lead generation

1. Good communication skills

2. Analytical skills

3. Negotiation skills

4. Two-wheeler license mandatory

5. Own vehicle preferred

7. Preferred experience in building materials / construction industry

**Benefits**

1. Basic salary of 15000-25000 per month

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
