**Position: Field Sales Executive**

**Location**: Kochi
**Experience**: Fresher or 1 year
**Qualification**: Graduation
**Gender**: Male
**Language**: English / Malayalam
**Working Hours**: 6 Days, 9 AM to 6 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Identify and establish contact with prospective customers to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Present product or service information to customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collect and report customer feedback and market insights to the sales team for product or service improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase sales opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in English and Malayalam languages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Salary**: ₹430,211.84 - ₹623,584.09 per year
