
Founder's Office Associate

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
- Support lead generation efforts and contribute to outreach campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to optimize customer acquisition strategies.
- Assist in creating presentations, reports, and pitch decks for business growth initiatives.
- Identify and track potential partnership opportunities.
- Support the team in daily operational and administrative tasks related to growth.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn, CRM software, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
