Juniper Experience and Operations (JXO) organization is incubating a Technology group to transform CX (customer experience) and EX (employee experience). The charter of this group is to discover, evaluate and leverage technology to enhance and simplify the digital experience of stakeholders. Knowledge and data will be central to this journey of creating a proactive and predictive support experience. The use of automation, AI and other modern technology will enable reduction of time, effort on the journey to resolution.

**_Job Description: _**

This position is part of Juniper’s strategic future of support team and the role will involve design of automated solutions and working with product engineering teams to improve product supportability.

**_Key Responsibilities
- **
- Leverage domain expertise to identify opportunities from top technical case drivers to simplify and enhance user experience.
- Identify product signatures that will enable event detection and automation to create predictive support experience.
- Manage the life cycle of schemas for self-service RMA.
- Domain champion for knowledge centric support.
- Foster a culture for serviceability and liaison with PLM/product engineering teams Contribute and participate in New Product/Feature readiness to ensure supportability.
- Participate in cross functional tasks such as new product development projects, create knowledge base and whitepapers.
- Knowledge Creation, Quality / Continuous improvement initiatives and Training / Mentoring activities.
- Support as domain SME during discovery, evaluation and POC of new technology Be a Team player.

- Ability to work independently and in a team setup to deliver outcomes with mínimal supervision.
- Self-learner with appetite for continuous development.
- Logical troubleshooting skills in a complex and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Experience working with customers across industry segments - Enterprise, Data Center, Cloud and Telco/Service Providers
- In-depth domain knowledge of the following:

- Routing products - Access, Aggregation, Edge and Core deployments
- Switching Products - Enterprise, Campus, Data Center deployments
- Firewalls, Access and Perimeter control, Vulnerability Management, Network Intrusion Detection and prevention, Malware analysis & detection tools, Threat intelligence management, UTM Solutions
- Traffic analysis using Wireshark/ethreal or similar tools.
- Linux / Unix and Virtualization
- Perl/Python//Unix/Expect scripting and Network Automation tools.
- Mobility Technology (4G,LTE, 5G, Open-RAN) Cloud Virtualization, Cloud Security, Platforms - AWS,Azure, GCP

**_Preferred Work Experience _**
- 12+ years’ experience on Troubleshooting, implementation, and support of large IP networks
- Experience in directly interacting with customers (globally) highly desired.
- Experience working in Escalation roles and high engagement with engineering functions
- Platform Knowledge: Juniper (MX, PTX, ACX, EX, QFX, SRX series), Deep JUNOS/EVO experience traffic generators (Ixia, Agilent)/ traffic simulators, protocol analysers, testers etc Preferred Certifications - JNCIE-SP, DC, ENT, SEC or Cloud or other equivalent certifications.

**_Educational Qualification _**

B.E. in Electronics or Computer Science ( or equivalent)
