We are looking for a Portfolio Architect to join JLL Technologies (JLL/T).

Are you interested in leading large-scale programs that affect the top and bottom line of a large corporation? JLL is seeking a talented Portfolio Architect to drive strategic initiatives.

**This position involves**:
Technical Lead involved in hands-on development and managing of offshore developers
Defining software development standards/tools and building reusable development assets for rest of the team
Keeping up-to-date with latest technologies

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Related Field
8+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a lead developer or architectural capacity
3+ years of experience in Enterprise/Portfolio Architecture
Conversant with agile methodologies
Strong verbal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills
Ability to develop consensus across teams and stakeholders
Broad knowledge of cloud and related technologies (Azure/AWS)
Clear understanding of object-oriented design principles
Strong database design and implementation knowledge
Strong skills in developing Enterprise standards and producing architectural artifacts
Leads transformation initiatives to evaluate technologies and delivers roadmaps for implementing these plans
Provides inputs and participates in developing Enterprise solutions
Good range of technical experience

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with Real Estate management technologies and products
Prior experience with Streaming Data technologies and Containerization
Exposure to open-source frameworks and their adoption in enterprise solutions
Experience with enterprise integrations with API, event based & cloud-based product suites
