**Job Title**:
Inside Sales Executive - Building Material Products
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an **Inside Sales Executive** with strong communication skills in **English and Tamil** to manage customer inquiries, explain product details, and support the sales team for building material products. The role focuses on converting leads into sales through phone and online communication.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Convert leads into orders by explaining products, pricing, and offers.
- Provide quotations and follow up for order confirmation.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for delivery and order updates.
- Update CRM with customer details and sales status.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through inside sales activities.
**Key Skills**:
- **Fluency in English and Tamil (mandatory).**:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of **building materials** (cement, steel, pipes, hardware, etc.) preferred.
- Customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
