As a Sales Executive at 2cqr Automation Private Limited, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure continued success. You will work closely with the sales team and management to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify New Business Opportunities**: Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- **Negotiation**: Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry news to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client objections.
- A self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Sales.
