**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee **new admissions** and **patient discharges**.
- **Emergency management**: Coordinate with doctors and family in cases of health deterioration or death certificate issuance.
- Provide **weekly updates** to clients regarding patient activities.
- Conduct **daily patient check-ups**, including monitoring vital signs and ensuring medication accuracy.
- Audit and maintain **logbooks** for medicine tracking, hygiene checks, and staff performance.
- Assist doctors during rounds and prepare **assessment reports**.
- Manage **patient allocation** and nursing procedure training sessions.
- Ensure staff follows hygiene protocols and patient care standards.
- Efficiently handle **staff ROTA**, supporting teams in cases of absenteeism.
- Perform nursing procedures like **bladder wash, wound dressing, catheter changes, IV & IM administration**.
- Conduct **audits** on medicines, hygiene, surgical stock, and caregiver performance.
- Coordinate with hospitals and medical professionals for **emergency treatments**.
- Maintain documentation, assist in **death certificate issuance**, and provide reports to family and admin.
- Supervise sterilization of surgical equipment and ensure readiness of **first aid kits**.
- Manage **procurement** of medical supplies and report maintenance needs.

**Qualifications**:

- **ANM, GNM, or BSc Nursing** degree.
- Minimum **1 year ICU or staff nurse experience**.
- Strong **team-handling skills**, managing a team of 20-30 patient care assistants.
- **Basic computer knowledge** is mandatory.
- **Hindi proficiency** (preferred).
