**Job Description for the Nursing Supervisor cum Trainer**
OrangeCross provides "out-of-hospital" healthcare solutions to patients in Urban India. Its primary business focus is to render intensive nursing care to post-hospitalization patients, at home. Currently the company is operating in the cities of Bhubaneswar (H.O.), Bengaluru, Pune and Visakhapatnam.
**Position**:Nursing Supervisor cum Trainer (NST)
**Location**:Pune, Maharashtra
**Academic Qualification**: B.Sc. Nursing
**Work Experience**:
Ø At least 5 years of in ICU care/Neurology/Critical Care Department and training
Ø Shift - in-charge/Nursing Head with team management and roistering
Ø Proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi
Ø Working knowledge of MS office
**Job profile**:
The role of the NST is to supervise, plan, develop, monitor and maintain appropriate standards of care in all areas of Home Nursing. She must have effective skills of communication, team building and sense of ownership in order to be successful in this role.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1.Hiring of local nurses.
2.Train, guide and supervise the nurses during the training program, as well as during their job assignments.
3.Monitor the patient condition and appropriate nursing care
4. Supervise, plan, develop, monitor and maintain appropriate standards of care in all areas of Home Nursing.
5. Overseeing the working of the home nursing staff and ensure high quality nursing care
6.Training of the incoming trainee nurses about clinical and organizational practices
7.Troubleshooting at the patient site and also through telephone
8.Continuous assessment of the nursing staff
9.Ongoing training on equipment and high-end nursing care
10.Team building
11.SOP maintenance at all levels of nursing delivery
a) Clinical interaction with vendors/doctors/nurses and industry for procuring equipment, patients, etc.
b) Prepare Nursing roster
c)Making patient visits for clinical purpose or for counselling
d)Keeping track/maintaining a good rapport with clients through telephonic contact or visit
e) Regular telephonic or physical meeting with nurses for employee and client satisfaction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
