We’re looking for a Social Media Growth Strategist who understands how to amplify posts, videos, and campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and other platforms — organically and through paid promotion. You’ll be working closely with our writer, designer, and video editor to ensure the content actually reaches people and creates engagement.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Own our social media presence and strategy (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

Schedule, post, and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement

Use hashtags, timing, platform tools and trend insights to boost organic growth

Collaborate with the content team to package stories effectively (titles, thumbnails, hooks)

Run basic paid promotions on LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X), etc. when needed

Identify influencer/tagging strategies and cross-promotion opportunities

Keep up with platform algorithm changes and growth hacks

**You're a Great Fit If You**:
Have 3+ years experience managing social media growth (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube a must)

Know how to take a good post/video and make it reach thousands of the right people

Have experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns

Understand what drives engagement vs what looks nice

**Nice to Have**:
Have grown personal or company accounts to 10K+ followers or 100K+ reach

Have worked with cause-based content, spiritual/educational campaigns, or startup branding

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
