- **Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Identify target audiences and create content that resonates with each segment.
- Stay informed about social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Develop a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely communication.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing and shareable content.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Foster community growth and engagement through active participation, responding to comments, and initiating discussions.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and respond appropriately.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights.
- Prepare regular reports highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- **Influencer Collaboration**:

- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand reach.
- Manage influencer relationships, from outreach to campaign execution.
- **Social Media Advertising**:

- Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific objectives.
- Monitor ad performance, budgets, and targeting to optimize results.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Uphold brand voice and guidelines in all communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- WordPress: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
