**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and strategic **Social Media Strategist** to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our social media presence. This role is key in building brand awareness, engaging our online community, and driving business goals through data-driven social media campaigns across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and others relevant to our audience.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video teams to produce high-impact, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Analyse performance metrics and generate regular reports to measure ROI and optimize future campaigns.
- Stay informed about emerging platforms, tools, algorithms, and social media innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a social media strategist, manager, or similar role with a portfolio or examples of successful campaigns.
- Deep understanding of all major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling captions and content briefs.
- Strategic thinking and creativity, with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and leadership teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in paid social advertising and campaign management.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC strategies.
- Background in branding, digital marketing, or communications.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
