**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to meet marketing goals, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement across various platforms.

**Content Creation**: Create compelling and shareable content, including text posts, images, and videos, tailored to each social media platform.

**Community Management**: Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.

**Data Analysis**: Track and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns for better performance.

**Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and ad creatives.

**Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging social media platforms, ensuring our brand remains innovative and competitive.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead in the social media landscape.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (required)

**Experience**:

- Google Ads: 1 year (required)
- Performance marketing: 1 year (required)
