Strategist, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, and increasing customer engagement across various social media channels.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's vision and business goals.

2. Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter,

Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

3. Create and curate visually appealing and on-brand content, including images, videos, and written copy.

4. Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness.

5. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and promotions.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in social media and fashion to ensure a competitive edge in the market.

8. Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

9. Identify and leverage influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand the brand's reach and target audience.

10. Monitor competitor's social media activities and conduct regular market research to benchmark and enhance our online presence.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role in the fashion industry (3
- 4 years).

2. In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.

3. Strong creative and visual acumen with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with the target audience.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media performance.

6. Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.

7. Adept at multitasking and managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.

8. Passionate about fashion, trends, and industry developments.

9. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.

10. Prior experience in a multi-designer store or fashion-related setting is a plus.
