**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for hospital services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, clinics, and referral partners.
- Plan and organize health camps, awareness drives, and outreach programs.
- Manage hospital branding through digital, print, and outdoor media.
- Handle social media platforms and coordinate online campaigns with the digital team.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI analysis.
- Assist in internal communications and coordinate with departments for promotional materials.
- Collect and analyze patient feedback to improve service quality and marketing direction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or PGDM in Marketing is preferred.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in hospital or healthcare marketing.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork and outreach.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
