Tour Package Expert

**About the Role**

You will help travelers plan memorable vacations by offering expert advice, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and expectations.
- **Package Design**: Create customized domestic and international travel itineraries including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.
- **Booking & Coordination**: Handle bookings for air tickets, hotels, visas, transportation, and travel insurance.
- **Customer Support**: Provide detailed pre-travel guidance and 24/7 assistance to clients during their trips if needed.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local partners to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
- **Documentation & Payments**: Prepare invoices, handle payments, and ensure all travel documents are accurate and delivered on time.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay updated on new destinations, tourism trends, and travel regulations.
- **Problem Solving**: Handle any travel-related issues, rescheduling, or emergencies promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business**, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in travel agency, tour operations, or holiday package sales.
- Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings efficiently.
- Proficiency in travel booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or similar) and MS Office.
