**Job Title**: Hospital Marketing Executive / Officer

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Hospital Marketing Executive** to promote our healthcare services, increase patient inflow, and build strong relationships with referring doctors, corporate, and the community. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities to enhance the hospital’s brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and brand awareness.
Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and corporate partners.
Organize health camps, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education programs), and community outreach initiatives.
Manage digital marketing, social media presence, and website updates in coordination with the marketing team or agency.
Coordinate with internal departments for promotional activities and patient feedback programs.

Prepare reports on marketing performance, ROI, and patient acquisition sources.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field

0-2 years of experience in healthcare or hospital marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and networking abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and healthcare regulations is a plus.
