Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist - Havells Galaxy

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Havells Galaxy. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share. This role requires a strong understanding of the electrical industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue.

Take orders and collect payment of all Havells & Reo products ranging from switches, wire, MCB, fans, etc.

Field visits to collect payment from areas - Kharar, Mohali, Ropar, Nangal and nearby areas.

Building new Retail counters.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and other industry professionals.

Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Passout

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the electrical industry.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

- Havells Galaxy - We are the only company distributor in this area since 10-12 years with a turnover of around 4 CR. We deal with all sorts of Havells products.
