Senior Tele Sales Executive - Job Description about the Role:Only female

The Senior Tele Sales Executive will play a key role in driving client acquisition and revenue growth for our diet clinic and fitness services. This role requires an experienced, goal-driven individual who can manage high volumes of outbound calls, convert leads effectively, and nurture long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote diet consultation and fitness packages.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services to maximize sales and client satisfaction.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Maintain detailed records of all client interactions using CRM software.Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.Collaborate closely with the marketing and dietician team to align on promotions and client feedback.Mentor junior tele sales staff, sharing best practices and supporting team performance.Provide excellent customer service and resolve client concerns promptly.Stay updated on the latest health, nutrition, and fitness trends relevant to our offerings.Qualifications:Proven experience in tele sales or telesales in health, wellness, or related sectors (3+ years preferred).Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and work in a target-oriented environment.Familiarity with CRM tools and telecalling software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.High school diploma required; degree or certification in sales, marketing, or healthcare is a plus.Skills:Effective verbal communication and active listening.Lead generation and customer relationship management.Sales strategy execution and closing techniques.Time management and multitasking.Problem-solving and conflict resolu
